Saturday evening the Martini & Caviar Party, sponsored by Square One Organic Spirits, will take place from 5:30 to 7:00 pm on the roof deck at SEGO Restaurant located at 310 Washington Street in Ketchum. The event will feature culinary cocktails created by Mixologist Ryan Sullivan using Idaho’s Square One Organic Spirits including Organic Rye Vodka, Organic Cucumber Vodka and Organic Botanical Vodka. Square One is hand crafted from 100% organic American rye by Distilled Resources, Inc. in Rigby, Idaho.
The evening will also feature culinary delights by Chef Clay Conley of Buccan in Palm Beach, FL using Idaho’s Tsar Nicoulai Caviar raised and farmed locally in Bliss, Idaho. They are pioneers of sustainable high quality caviar for the discriminating connoisseur. They feature an award winning line of sturgeon caviar that has been served by chefs from around the world including Wolfgang Puck and Thomas Keller.
This event has limited space of 100 and will be available to Epicurean pass holders only. Individual tickets will be sold based on availability.
