The Sun Valley Harvest Festival is excited to announce a new event this year, the River Guide Cooking Competition, sponsored by Plum TV and Snake River Farms. The event will take place outside at Carol’s Dollar Lodge on Sunday September 25th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The 2-hour event is free to the public and will spotlight what is truly an Idaho specialty, enjoying wonderful food in the backcountry as prepared by Idaho River guides, using Dutch ovens and barbeques. River Guides will compete for the title of Top Idaho River Guide Chef. Come join us for this unique and fun event!
