This year the Harvest Festival will feature 8 cooking demonstrations on Saturday September 24th at Carol’s Dollar Lodge. We have 5 chefs from out of state and 3 chefs from the Wood River Valley. Demonstrations are 45 minutes with 15 minutes in between for sampling and chatting with the chef on the patio of the lodge. Recipes will be available for each demonstration.
