Demonstration Schedule

The Sun Valley Harvest Festival will feature 8 chefs preparing and presenting Idaho food in unique and interesting ways. Their passion for cooking, exceptional skills, and extensive knowledge will entertain you and enlighten you! The presentations will take place under the tent at Carol’s Dollar Mountain Lodge in a professional gourmet kitchen. Different level passes are available for purchase and individual tickets will be sold the week before the event based on availability. Seating in the tent will be on a first come first served basis. A sampling of each chef’s menu will follow immediately outside on the patio along with an opportunity to meet the chef and pick-up a copy of their recipes. The first presentation starts at 9:00 am on Saturday September 24, 2011.
